Dr. Yael Schonbrun is a practicing clinical psychologist, assistant professor at Brown University, relationship specialist, and mom of three. She recently launched a newsletter about growing connections, Relational: The Art and Science of Connections, which share science and science-backed ideas for thriving in our most important relationships.
